Celebrating Over 35 Years of Service to Our Clients!

TKG & Associates LLC, an Independent Municipal Advisory Firm (IRMA), was formed in 1987 to provide Municipal Advisory (“MA”) services to governmental and non-profit entities. The firm is a privately held, Texas based company, with offices in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, *Kansas City, *Miami, *New York, *Philadelphia, San Francisco and *St. Louis.

TKG serves as MA to various public entities including cities, counties, hospitals, special authorities, states, school districts and redevelopment agencies. We work with a diverse array of debt structures, such as issuance of short and long term debt, lease structures, letters of credit, escrow exchanges, tax allocation bonds, tax and revenue anticipation notes, tax increment financings, and various other structures.

Our firm focuses only on municipal advisory engagements, which positions the firm to provide balanced, independent evaluations of potential financings. TKG does not act as a broker dealer or asset manager and does not engage in the trading of any securities for other firms, or its own accounts. The firm does not have any formal relationships with underwriters, banks or securities dealers.

TKG has been ranked in the top 20 MA firms several times over the years* and has completed over $54 billion in MA projects since 2006. TKG was a member of the team that received the Bond Buyer Award & the 2008 Southwest Deal of the Year recognition for the North Texas Tollway Authority.
